INSTRUCTOR COURSE (100 hours)

Instructor Skills

     Provides “survival” skills you need as a new instructor. Assists you in

projecting confidence and enthusiasm. Helps you avoid problems and errors

often made by new instructors.

     This course includes the art of teaching, lesson plan & syllabus development, grading, student record keeping, learning styles, teaching techniques and presentation, use of audio/visuals, classroom management, and conflict resolution. Students will be required to fulfill 40 hours of theory and 60 hours of supervised in-class training. As a prerequisite, the student must be a practicing massage therapist with a minimum of two (2) years experience.
