ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE IN MEDICAL MASSAGE 1155-hour (60 credits)
Employers like to see a degree on your resume. Be a cut above with an Associate Degree. The 1155-hour A.S. Degree builds on the 570-hour certification of the previous page. Additional techniques for this Medical Massage certification include Neuromuscular, Lymph, Geometric Release, Pain Management Therapy, Myofacial Release and Hospital-based.
Other classes include Psychology, Nutrition, Healthcare, Communications, Business Math II, Business Management and Advanced Kinesiology. The hands-on technique and theory classes, along with case studies help to develop the students’ critical thinking skills. After an associate degree enrollee has completed Semester 1, they are prepared and eligible to enter any of the other semesters.
