Hands-On Medical Massage School

    Applicant is required to be at least 18 years old and have a high school

diploma or GED.

    Your first step to admissions would be to make an appointment for an interview with a careercounselor. You will take the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test.

    The following items are to be submitted three (3) weeks before class begins:

        • Completed application

        • Résumé or equivalent

        • High school diploma

        • Two 2 X 3 passport-style photos

        • Two letters of recommendation

        • A note from your physician stating that you are free from communicable diseases (including T.B.), in good

           health, and able to perform massage therapy.

        • Enrollment agreement and financial arrangements

    A police background check will be completed by the school.

    Transfer students must present a sealed certified transcript from an approvedschool.

    There is a transfer fee of $300.00 if more than 100 hours are being transferred, and $150.00 if less than 100 hours being transferred. Transfer students need to pass a proficiency exam when transferring in practical courses. An interview with the school director is required for all transfers.
